خذ ضختين من الزيت في راحة يدك وقم بتدفئته بين يديك. تأكد من جفاف راحة يدك. ضعيه على بشرة جافة عن طريق التدليك بلطف بأطراف أصابعك. ثم اضغط عليها برفق على وجهك ورقبتك بقطعة قماش تنظيف مبللة ودافئة وانتظر لمدة خمس ثوان. بلل قطعة القماش وكرر التطبيق عدة مرات وامسح بشرتك برفق.
